You know the phrase "mind blown"? Well, consider ours blown.
When we released "The Story" in March, we had no idea what kind of reach it'd have. But whatever expectations we might've had, I can assure you these have far surpassed them all!
Take a look at these stats:
5000+ different listeners.
24,400+ total streams of songs.
100+ countries reached worldwide.
And that’s only counting Spotify!
Perhaps most amazing to us is the countries reached, because among the top 5 reached worldwide is the Philippines! I can tell you, we have no idea who knows us from that part of the world, but God is using every means available of calling people to Himself!
What that means is: as we dream up new projects for the years ahead, we realize this is so much more than making music... this is mission.
And YOU have chosen to join us in accomplishing this good work together!
This is what Ephesians 2:10 is all about when it says:
We are God's handiwork ('poiema' in the original greek, where we get our name "poems of grace" from), created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Yes, we are poems of grace, but so are you. We do this together—this good work God has long ago prepared for us to do. Thank you for joining the work and becoming poems of grace with us!
As we look ahead, I want to spill some beans and let you know we're not done recording. We anticipate crowdfunding again (perhaps through kickstarter), so here's my question: if we do, what incentives would you like to see?
Early release album downloads?
Watercolor commissions?
House shows?
